Delivery by Australia Post

Softconnect sends packages via Australia Post using registered mail services and regular mail services. Express post can be used on request. International orders are welcome, please enquire about postage.

Delivery charges

• Softconnect minimises postage charges by dispatching multiple items as one package
  
• Delivery charges include postage and packing
  
• Cost of delivery is automatically calculated and displayed at the check out point and are calculated according to the weight of the package and Australia Post scales of charges.
  

Delivery conditions

All orders received before 2pm EST are processed and posted on the same day. We are interested for you to receive your order as soon as possible. We rely on the timeliness of Australia Post services to achieve this.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Softconnect if an order does not arrive by the expected time. We will lodge enquiries with Australia Post for any delays as soon as we are informed. However, a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement. It is our intention to minimise your postage costs by choosing the most economical means to get your order to you. Alternative methods of posting can be elected by the customer with an agreement to meet any extra costs.

Secure Payment Options

Credit Cards: - Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard are accepted.
Your credit card details are protected by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.
Credit card payments are not charged at the checkout. We process all credit card payments off line to ensure the correct charges are made. We can also make adjustments for postage in cases of multiple items being purchased.
Softconnect does not include a surcharge on credit card purchases.

Please include your name and order number as a reference if making an electronic banking transfer. Please note that some electronic bank transfers take up to two working days to process your transfer of funds.
You can also deposit funds into our account at any Westpac branch using the details as above. These funds clear immediately and it is the quickest method of payment.

Cheque: Personal, Business and bank cheques made payable to Softconnect.

Money Order: Please make these payable to Softconnect.

Pricing

All prices shown on Softconnect Web site include Goods & Services Tax (GST ) 10%. To find the amount of GST you are paying simply divide the total amount by 11. We provide tax invoices with your order.
